Redevelopment of Waste Land

This project involved the redevelopment of a derelict plot of land that had suffered for many years from neglect, vandalism, fly-tipping, and repeated incidents of arson. The client approached us with the vision of transforming the site into a high-quality residential property that would restore value to the local area.
Our aim was to design an energy-efficient, three-bedroom detached home and create a safe, attractive environment that complemented the surrounding neighbourhood. The proposed dwelling featured an open-plan living space, off-road parking, and sustainable construction methods.
